Make your Mama proud with the $50 by 5/10 challenge!

Our local businesses are a part of what makes our community so special. When you spend money locally, you make a big difference in the lives of folks right here in our community. Every purchase you make with a local vendor keeps more money locally. When you ‘vote’ with your dollars those dollars make a difference, in helping a local business hire more employees, investing in our communities future. Small businesses donate more to charity events and fundraisers, I mean c’mon Jeff Bezos sure isn’t going to sponsor your kids ball team. If only half of our 70,000 residents spent $50 locally, we’d pump $1.75 million back into our local economy!

To celebrate our local businesses we’ve launched 50 to 10! As a locally owned and small business ourselves we are challenging our listeners to spend $50 locally by May 10th to help support small business and in turn help our community. Thanks to our local partners in is challenge: Lake Missoula Tea Company, The Advocates, Lolo Drug, Alpine Touch, Mood Boutique, Bernice’s Bakery, and The Bitterroot Breakfast Bus

So next time you shop local online; filling that growler, cakes and coffees, gifts for friends, gift cards or purchasing ‘in person’ via curbside pick up let us know by filling out THIS FORM. Social Distancing in style!

Let’s be real, Montana has been socially distancing since it was the “cool”and “right”thing to do. Currently millions of Americans are staying home to flatten the curve and protect our communities most vulnerable from the novel coronavirus. That spirit of helping has gone into overdrive with community members stepping up to volunteer and donate to our local food banks, helping quarantined neighbors and shopping locally online.

In that spirit of helping, Jack FM 105.9 Missoula joins all Jack FM partners across the nation in the “Socially Distant” tshirt sale with proceeds donated to Feeding Americas Covid-19 fund.

Jack FM 105.9 Missoula is so darn excited! It’s happening! For real this time, the biggest rock show of the summer IS ON, catch GUNS n ROSES live at Washington Grizzly stadium Friday August 13th! To celebrate the return of rock n roll and live music to Missoula, Jack is taking some listeners along for the ride!
